Collaborative Care Model

Jessica graduated from Kent State University with her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a concentration in Health Education and Promotion in 2015. She then went on to complete her Masters in Social Work in 2023 at Fordham University. Jessica has vast experience working in community mental health and has spent the past several years working with children and adolescents as a school-based social worker. As a former patient of Kenmore/ Delaware Pediatrics, Jessica is thrilled to be a member of the team!
