Managing your child’s healthcare has never been so easy! Our patient portal will help facilitate communication with our practice by providing convenient and secure access. We respond to messages during normal business hours. Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for a response.

Starting 9/1/2024, ALL Medication Refill Requests must be sent via the patient portal. We will no longer accept pharmacy or phone requests. Please send refill requests 5-7 business days before the refill date (excluding weekends/holidays). This is a faster and more efficient way to promptly have your child’s (ren) refills done.

If you currently do not have a patient portal, please call our office at 716-884-0230 and speak to a member of our office.

Using our secure portal, you will be able to access the following information:

  • Send non-urgent messages to our clinical staff
  • Request and manage appointments
  • Update account information (including insurance changes and pharmacy info)
  • View and print Medication and Allergy lists
  • View and print Health Appraisals/Immunization records
  • Request a prescription refill
