Managing your child/children’s healthcare has never been so easy! Our patient portal will help facilitate communication with our practice by providing both convenient and secure access 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Using our secure portal, you will be able to access the following information:
- Send messages to our clinical staff
- Request and manage appointments
- Update account information (including insurance changes and pharmacy info)
- View and print Medication and Allergy lists
- View and print Health Appraisals/Immunization records
- Request a prescription refill

If you have not already been provided with a username and password for portal access or forgot your username or password, please contact our office staff at (716) 884-0230 and select option 2.
