Kelly Hess, DO
Dr. Kelly Hess earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, before going on to receive her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Baystate Children’s Hospital in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a deep commitment to family-centered care.
After residency, Dr. Hess returned to Western New York and spent three years working as a newborn hospitalist. In this role, she cared for newborns and supported parents during one of the most transformative moments of their lives.
Dr. Hess is especially passionate about newborn care, breastfeeding support, and guiding families through the postpartum period.
She lives in Orchard Park, New York, with her husband and daughter.
