Anthony Caterina, MD

Dr. Caterina received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. He attended the Rutgers University – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his pediatric residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Caterina served as a chapter editor for the Harriet Lane Handbook, has presented at the Pediatric Academic Society convention, and was the primary investigator for a grant-funded obesity clinical study. He has worked in many inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, including the ambulatory centers, newborn nursery, and inpatient units of the Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. Dr. Caterina has special interests in the areas of asthma, obesity, and vaccine advocacy.

In addition to his medical work, Dr. Caterina is also a published author. His novel, The Hesperus Prophecy, blends science fiction and historical fiction into a fast-paced adventure, exploring how a secret society founded by George Washington works to protect the world from tyranny.
